Why Far Infrared?

Far infrared sits at the long-wavelength end of the infrared spectrum, which is why it penetrates deepest and is most associated with cardiovascular, detox, and relaxation benefits. Because it heats your body rather than the air, the cabin stays at a gentle 45–65°C — about half the temperature of a traditional Finnish sauna — making far infrared ideal for longer, more frequent sessions.

Low-EMF Matters

With far infrared cabins, EMF (electromagnetic field) emission is the key quality marker — cheaper panels can read higher. Our premium GH Vision models use low-EMF carbon heaters. If EMF is a priority for you, look for that certification in the spec.
