From the delivery date, our Products are warranted to:

Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers defects from normal home use. Your legal rights are separate and unaffected.
If the Products are faulty or don't conform to these terms, you may have additional legal rights. Seek advice from local trading standards or www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
The warranty doesn't apply to defects from damage, accidents, negligence, or non-recommended uses.
It doesn't cover alterations or repairs without our prior approval or Products purchased off the shop floor (unless listed on an inspection sheet).
We'll pack Products properly to ensure they reach you in good condition.
Warranty for Repaired or Replacement Products
These terms apply if we supply repaired or replacement Products due to faults or non-conformity with these terms.
Ordering Stock Furniture Products
When ordering stock furniture from the shop floor, inspect it before placing your order.
If you find any faults, report them to the sales representative before signing the order.
Faults must be listed on an inspection sheet, which becomes part of the contract.
You can only cancel or amend a contract for stock furniture if it has a defect not listed on the inspection sheet.
